Condolence: Betty and Family,

When we We about Gord, we have great memories of his good nature, his smile, and his overall love of life. I remember growing up ,Bulpit being a second home. And every time we would arrive there he would be sitting on your front porch to greet us, and insisting that we stay for a while. beer for dad and popsicle for the kids.

We will always remember him with fond memories, and wish you the deepest condolences in this time of loss.

Condolence: Nov 24 2014

Dear Betty,

It is with sadness that we heard of Gord's passing. Gord and you have been more friendly to the Bulpit Camp group than we could ever have hoped. You both took emergency calls and Gord came back with messages. We knew the camp was in good hands as you knew all the vehicles that passed your house. You and Gord could have been bothered by all the traffic going by all hours of the day and night but you were always gracious. We have all appreciated your good heartedness and kindness.

Condolence: Dear Betty. Very saddened to hear of Gord's passing. I am really sorry for your loss.

I have very good memories of spending time with Gord over the years. It will be sad to pass by your house and know that Gord is not there to hear the horn when I honk! I will miss my random chats with him that have been such a common part of my Bulpit experience ever since I was a kid. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family, Betty.

Condolence: Dear Betty, Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you cope with Gord's passing. We have always appreciated your presence in the house where our 'camp road' starts. We were always glad to see you guys were still there and wave or honk. Thanks for all the years you both kept track of comings and goings at Bulpit Family Camp. Our family was happy to have your phone# in case of an emergency and a couple times you brought a message into camp to us. We're happy to know you will be with your daughter. Our sincere condolences in your loss. Marg and Jim Beer

Condolence: Bette and family:

We are saddened to hear of Gord's death. While we didn't have a lot of contact, when we did, he was always eager for conversation, catching up on the local news and sharing a beer. We always gave a toot when we passed your home on Stringer Lake Road and we appreciated your interest in the Bulpit Lake Family Camp adventure. Carol deeply appreciates the time Gord took to drive her back to the lake the morning she met a bear on the road. We will miss him.
