Schmidt, Edgar Guenther 1923-2019

Edgar Schmidt of Bancroft, Ontario, age 96, passed away on March 24, 2019. He was the loved father of Volker Erich (& Taffie), brother in law to Ruth Furch and Karin Trunzer and uncle to Oliver (Kelcina George) Trunzer. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, gran nieces, nephew and friends. Predeceased by his parents, Alfons Erich Willi Schmidt and Flora Martha Sprotte, by his beloved wife Helga Waltraud (Furch), loving sister Edith, brother Erich and niece Sandy (Tai) Trunzer. The family wishes to thank Ronnie Munroe for her service and friendship and Bernie and Renate Carriere for being Edgar's Bancroft family.
