One of Clara Parkers "girls"
Hello
This isn't really a story but rather a tribute to one very special manager that I had "the good fortune" to have had in my earlier years at the Collingwood General and Marine hospital.
Mrs. Parker ran a tight ship and taught me the meaning of being a good hard working and dependable employee. She taught me her work values and was well respected by all of her staff. She was hard working and expected the same from all of her staff.
I have often wondered what had happened with her over the years as it has been many years since Mrs. parker has been retired from the CGMH.
I have truly missed her and have inquired from time to time through her xray departments friends if they had heard from her at all and if so how she was doing.
Mrs. Parker was truly the best, dedicated and hard working manager I had the honour of knowing.
Thank you Clara Parker for all of the work ethics you instilled in me, you are truley missed.
