Bill Wiggins passed away at Quinte Healthcare North Hastings on Thursday, October 13th, 2022 surrounded by his family following a most difficult and trying time. Bill Wiggins, beloved husband and soulmate of Joyce, loving father of Pam (& Mark) Moore of Bancroft and Chris of British Columbia, doting grandfather of Ellie (& Shawn) and Morgan (& Katrina). Bill will be forever remembered by his siblings, Barry (& Helen) of Kingston and Beth McFadden (& the late Bill) of Bridgenorth and their families. Bill was born in Bancroft on February 13, 1942, the middle child of Reg and Bella (Moxam) Wiggins who both predecease him. Bill was educated in Bancroft and after receiving his Funeral Director's license in 1963, worked in Bancroft for 30 years serving the community here. He purchased the funeral Home in 1978 from Jack Hattin with whom he had worked with for a number of years and in 1996 passed the business on. That service continues today as Neuman Family Funeral Home. Bill will be lovingly remembered by Joyce's family and by his many friends and acquaintances. His suffering and discomfort finally over, Bill now is once again in the company of those he missed so much.
