Obituary for Thomas Arthur Spatafore April 17, 1950-July 27, 2021
Tom passed away peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on July 27, 2021 after a long and difficult
illness. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 49 years, Carolyn. He was a proud and
loving father of Andra (Rob) and Amy (Mark), cherished grandfather to Connor, Hailey, Mason, Faith
and Logan and Big Papa to Aria
.
Tom will be remembered for his many artistic talents and his love of the great outdoors and his
pets.
Tom's family would like to thank Dr. Griffin, Meryl Hall and Marie Vardy (VON) for the exceptional
care and compassion they have shown to him over the years.
At Tom's request, there will be no funeral service. A Celebration of Life will follow in the
coming weeks.
