Shelby Jean (Armstrong) Lentz passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at the age of 84. Shelby Lentz, beloved wife of Philip, loving mother of Vicky Lentz (Gilles Pelletier) of New Brunswick, Tammy Greaves of New Carlow, Angela Lentz of New Carlow and Paula Lentz (Luc Cyr) of New Brunswick, cherished grandmother of four grandchildren and four great grandchildren, dear sister of Gwen Davis, Eric and Ian Armstrong and the late Lyle, Doug, Ellis, Claudia, Marie and Beverley. Shelby will be lovingly remembered by her many cherished nieces and nephews and by her many friends. Shelby's career encompassed teaching school, training junior rangers and instructing the firearms courses. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing horseshoes, music and playing any game. Shelby's talents for being an organizer, a great community worker and her always jovial nature will live on as her legacy.
