Bob Bowen passed away at the John M. Parrot Centre in Napanee on May 16, 2023 at the age of 74. Bob Bowen, dear companion of the late Ann, loving son of the late Gord & Doris Bowen, dear brother of Ken and Margie of Bancroft and uncle of Bill and Tim. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Neuman Family Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held from Mount Pleasant Cemetery at a later date.
