Richard Bowran, passed away suddenly at Quinte Healthcare Bancroft, on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Richard, loving companion and best friend of Donna Storey. Loving father to Sarah, Amber and Terrance and Lacy. Richard will also be missed by other stepchildren, grandchildren and their families. Dear brother of Kathy & the late Dan, Cindy & Mike and stepbrother of Cynthia and Lee. Richard loved working on old classic cars, had a love of music, the outdoors, camping, gardening and had a love of animals, especially his devoted dogs Bella and Teddy-Bear.
