Ralph Watson passed away peacefully at Hospice North Hastings, on November 29, 2022, with family by his side. He was 66 years old.
He will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife of 39 years, Louise (Poirier), his siblings: Norm (Mary), Dianne Easton, Carolyn (Al Buell), Brian (Helen Cassidy), in laws: Francois Poirier (Marjorie Roy), Jean Poirier, Nathalie Poirier (David Cox), step mother: Marilyn Twa and step brother Ian & (Melissa Tomlin), and his many nieces and nephews. Ralph is predeceased by his parents, Margaret Walker (Jim Walker) and Harry Watson.
Ralph loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. His knowledge of birds, fish and trees was impressive and he loved to share it with others. A motorcycle accident at the age of 18 didn't stop him from living his life to the fullest. He was always brave and courageous and encountered challenges full on. He touched the lives of many people and will be missed by everyone.
Cremation has taken place. At Ralph's request, there will not be a funeral. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Hospice North Hastings, Box 875, Bancroft, Ontario, K0L 1C0 would be appreciated.
