Noreen (Kennelly) Howe passed away peacefully at Hastings Centennial Manor on October 27, 2022 at the age of 87. Noreen Howe, beloved wife of the late Bill Howe (2019) and loving mother of Brian & Jane of Kitchener and Susan & Bill of Shelburne. Beloved grandmother to her three grandsons Jarod, Evan and Nathan. A long time resident of the community of Cardiff, Noreen will be deeply miss by those who knew her.
