Murray Davis (retired constable - Durham regional police services) passed away suddenly at his residence on Papineau Lake on January 4, 2022 at the age of 79. Murray Davis, beloved husband of Alice (Linkie) Davis, dear father of David & Lois of Omemee, John & Joanne of New Brunswick and William of Maple Leaf, cherished grandfather of Andrew, Joel (& Carlie), Ashley, Jessica and Anastasia and great grandfather of Brooklyn and Seth. Murray is fondly remembered by his siblings: Arlene Koss, Janice Scott, Bruce & Ethel Davis, Wm Dean & Larraine Davis, Bernard & Margaret Davis and Dan & Darla Davis and by his numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Gifford, Gary, Bert, Tracy and Erie and by his parents, William Stanley Davis and Myrtle Louise Adrain. He will be remembered for his membership in and devotion to the Masonic Lodge and his love of hunting and fishing.
