Mary Mantieffel, born September 30, 1935, passed away peacefully surrounded by her seven daughters: Helen, Marion, Esther, Bertha, Brenda, Velma and Mabel in her home on July 15, 2023. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Harold in 1995 and by her only son, Murvin in 2016. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her 10 grandchildren: Rose, Michael, Cherie, Robin, Mary, Steven, Nathan, Julie, Dawn and Seth, by her 9 great grandchildren: Gaius, Tiberius, Brenna, Maxmus, Jonathan, Austin, Arabella, Everest and Asher and by her siblings: Morton, Carlton, Jack, Vera and Blanche. Mary was predeceased by her parents, Robert & Hilda and by her brothers, Donald and Robert. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Neuman Family Funeral Home in Bancroft. A Memorial service will be held from the Mayo Community Centre in McArthurs Mills on Sunday, July 23rd, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. Interment of Mary's cremains will follow in Hermon Cemetery. Those wishing to join the family are welcome.
