We just found out this evening about Jim’s passing. We are so sorry to hear this, we would have attended the service today had we found out sooner. He was a wonderful neighbour and we enjoyed our visits with him. We always appreciated how he kept an eye out for our kids, sitting on his front step watching them walk home from school every day. He liked to treat them to Tim Hortons hot chocolate. He even took them to Cafe BC for dinner one night when Jeff and I were out of town. He loved to bug Jeff about being a police officer! Jim was the best neighborhood watch program on Bridge Street West!
Our thoughts are with you all. Jeff & Tanya

On our visits to Bancroft, my wife Jean and I had the pleasure of meeting Jim and Joan many years ago. He was fun to be around and we will miss him. Our sympathy goes out to Joan and family. Tom & Jean Hum from Toronto.
