Hazel (Horton) Derabbie passed away at Hastings Centennial Manor on July 11, 2023 following a lengthy illness at the age of 90. Hazel Derabbie, beloved wife of the late John Francis Derabbie (July 2018) and loving sister of Ruby Haverstock of Nova Scotia, Joyce Wasalasko of Alberta and Marilyn Keeble of Nova Scotia. She was predeceased by her brothers, Sonny and Arthur Horton. Hazel was employed with Bell Canada for all of her working career and had been a long time resident of Hastings Centennial Manor. Once again reunited with her beloved John, may she rest in peace.
