Eunice Best, beloved wife of the late Cecil Best and the late Frank Douglas, loving mother of Dianne & David Neuman of Peterborough, Bobby & Carol Douglas of Maynooth, Jimmy & Theresa Douglas of Oshawa, Monty & Brenda Douglas of Peterborough and the late Eric, cherished grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and dear sister of Leola Spence of Oshawa. Eunice was predeceased by her siblings: Wallace. Arnold, Hector, Phil and Alvin Scott and by her parents, Robert Scott and Alvina Frantz. Eunice was born in Maynooth and resided there while raising her family for most of her life. She moved to Bancroft in 2002 and more recently had been a resident of Hastings Centennial Manor for the past 3 years.
