Cecil Hoover, beloved son of Elmer & Barbara Hoover, loving brother of Tom & Tammy, Carol and Maggie & Kerry and loving uncle of Andrew & Ashleigh, Matthew, LcLean and Tallon. He will be lovingly remembered by his many many aunts, uncles and cousins. Born in Peterborough, Cecil lived in L'Amable all of his life and attended school in Bancroft. He worked for a number of years at Joy Bible Camp, the Bancroft Dairy Queen and has been a school bus driver from 2005 - 2016 with R & L Bus Lines. He was a dedicated member of the Bancroft Volunteer Fire Department for almost 25 years and was always ready to lend a hand....he will be greatly missed.
