Anita Dorothy (Carswell) Neuman passed away peacefully at Burnbrae Gardens in Campbellford on June 19, 2023 at the age of 98. Anita Neuman, beloved wife of the late Frank Neuman, loving mother of Jack (& Lynda) of Maynooth and Sandra (& Eldon Twa) of Peterborough, cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Katrina, Michelle and Nicholl. Anita will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Marion Robinson, by her former daughter in law, Diane Neuman, by her sister in law, Alma Neuman and by her many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Joyce Maschke and Gwen Musclow and by her parents, Johnnie and Dorothy (Kinder) Carswell. A character right to the end, Anita will be remembered for her willingness to take part in any fun event and to play any role, for her sense of humour and contented attitude and for her artistic flare. May she rest in peace. The family would like to convey their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the staff of Burnbrae Gardens for their outstanding kindness and care shown to Anita during her time living there. It truly made a huge difference in her last few years.
