Fern (Armstrong) Mittelstaedt, beloved wife of Theodore, loving mother of Larry & Sandy of Ajax, Dwayne & the late Mary of Stouffville and Robert & Fern of Aurora, loving grandmother of Andy & Shannon, Leslie & Logan, Erin & Eric, Morgan, Mitchell and Emily, great grandmother of Lily, Reed, Scott and Brooke and dear sister of Betty White of Palmer Rapids, Eunice Brownson of Oshawa and Buddy Armstrong of Palmer Rapdis. Fern was predeceased by her sister, Marjorie and by her parents, Nesbitt & Mary Armstrong.

Our family has many fond memories of "Gramma Fern" that will forever be cherished. Cookies, cottage lake dinners & evening boat rides immediately come to mind. Fern was everyones "mom".
Fern,you have been and will forever be missed.

To all of aunt fern family.it is with find memories that I think of your mom and grandma
We had do many laughs and good times with fern,always there to share her time and energy with us.she loved to bake and her xmas cookies and goodies are fondly remembered. She loved her boys later her daughter in law's and us all in general.although she was not present in later years she was always present in or favorite moments of our life's.
